Housing and Residential Life

Marist-Italy facilitates housing for interested Marist students. The housing used by Marist-Italy has been selected based on distance from school facilities, the safety of the neighborhood, and the reputation of the landlord.

The First-Year Florence Experience (FFE)

FFE students are required to reside in Marist Italy housing. The students will be assigned a Resident Assistant and a Resident Director – both of which live in the building. The RA and RD will host programming to facilitate community and support student needs. FFE housing offers the student the opportunity to live together and form a Marist Community.

Undergraduate, Graduate, and Study Abroad Students (Marist International Programs & Marist LdM Experience)

Students enrolled in the Bachelor Degree programs and the Graduate Degree program are eligible for Marist Italy housing on a space-available basis. Housing is apartment style. These apartments are usually suitable for a minimum of two to a maximum of eight persons. Students typically live in double rooms, with one roommate – a limited number of singles are available on a first-come-first-serve basis. Costs for housing are outlined in the cost section of the website. Please note that all apartments are NON-SMOKING.
