Marist-LdM facilitates housing for interested Marist students. The housing used by Marist-LdM has been selected based on distance from school facilities, safety of neighborhood, and reputation of landlord.

The Freshman Florence Experience

FFE students are required to reside in Marist-LdM housing.  There are three facilities available for this group, each with a Marist-LdM Resident Director or Resident Assistant on-site to facilitate community and support student needs.  FFE housing offers students the opportunity to live together and form a Marist Community.

Undergraduate, Graduate, Study abroad(Marist International Programs & Marist LdM Experience)

Students enrolled in the undergraduate, graduate and Marist-LdM abroad programs also have Marist-LdM housing available to them.  Housing for these programs are apartment style, located in various buildings and neighborhoods within walking distance of the school facilities. These apartments are usually suitable for a minimum of two to a maximum of eight persons. Students typically live in double rooms, with one roommate – a limited number of singles are available on a first-come-first-serve basis. Costs for housing are outlined in the cost section of the website.  Please note that all apartments are NON-SMOKING.
